Kimberly Shaughnessy, Esq.
Kim focuses her practice on all areas of family law, including divorce, parental rights and responsibilities, child support proceedings, and DCYF abuse & neglect cases.
Kim is a member of the Women's Bar Association, Chair of the Family Law Section of the New Hampshire Bar, and a DOVE Volunteer. She was awarded the Pro Bono Program Rising Star award in 2019 for her dedication to assisting low-income clients in their family law matters. Kim takes great pride in fully advising her clients of their rights, ensuring they understand the process, and assisting them in reaching their desired outcomes to the fullest extent possible under the law.
Kim graduated from the University of New Hampshire School of Law as a member of its highly acclaimed Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program.
She resides in Southern New Hampshire and enjoys all the state has to offer, from the mountains to the seacoast. When you come into the office, be sure to say hello to her Pomeranian, Gary, the “Office Greeter”!
