Brett focuses his practice on land use, planning, zoning, and real estate development and permitting work, residential and commercial transactions, real estate litigation, and landlord tenant law.

Kim focuses her practice on all aspects of family law, including divorce, parental rights and responsibilities, child support proceedings, and DCYF abuse & neglect cases.

Glenn focuses his practice on landlord tenant law and real estate.

Krista has been working with Attorney Brian Shaughnessy for over 28 years. Over the years, she has been a valuable member of the team assisting with landlord/tenant matters. Currently, Krista can be found assisting Attorneys Brian Shaughnessy, Raiche, and Allard with landlord tenant cases. Krista is well versed in the eviction process as well as landlord’s obligations and tenants’ rights. Krista is typically the first point of contact for a client’s landlord tenant needs and she is able to skillfully elicit the information that will be crucial for the attorneys to proceed in assisting the client with their case. Jordan joined the firm in February 2023. She is a valuable member of the landlord tenant team, and supports Attorneys Brian Shaughnessy, Raiche, and Allard with landlord tenant cases. Jordan assists by drafting notices, writs, and other documents, preparing exhibits and files for hearings, and by coordinating with clients and the courts to ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible.
