Krista has been a cornerstone of Attorney Brian Shaughnessy’s team for over 31 years, bringing unparalleled expertise in landlord-tenant law. She currently works alongside Attorneys Brian Shaughnessy and Brett Allard, managing complex landlord-tenant matters with precision and efficiency. Krista is deeply knowledgeable in the eviction process, landlord obligations, and tenants’ rights, and she ensures every case is carefully coordinated from initial client contact through resolution. Serving as the primary liaison for clients, Krista expertly gathers the critical information attorneys need while providing seamless communication and guidance throughout the process.

Jordan joined the firm in February 2023 and has quickly become an integral member of the landlord-tenant team, supporting Attorneys Brian Shaughnessy and Brett Allard in complex matters. She oversees the preparation of notices, writs, and critical case documents, organizes exhibits and files for hearings, and ensures seamless coordination with clients and the courts from start to finish. In addition, Jordan supports Attorney Kim Shaughnessy’s family law practice, serving as a trusted point of contact for clients and providing responsive, high-touch service across the firm.
